this week i actually baked fifteen loaves of bread. It was easier than you think, because an automatic breadmaker helped me to do it. I have to introduce you to the most beautiful and delicious examples of course. you can bake them with or without breadmaker, i have noted both recipes for you. Very simple and really tasty is the aromatic and wonderful flower bread. Try it!
Blossom cheese or mostly it is called hayflower cheese, I think, comes with us quite often on the table. also feta can be marinated in olive oil with flowers, but the idea to bake bread with flowers and to embellish it, I have not yet come up with. Recipe flower bread
300 g wheat flour type 550
75 g rye flour 1150
2 tablespoons dried flowers
10 g yeast, fresh
5 g potato starch
2 tablespoons dried flowers
Mix the two types of flour with water, which may be cold, salt and yeast briefly to a dough, but do not knead. Covered with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. then fold the dough inward once on all sides and let it rest covered for another hour. Then fold the dough once more on a floured tea towel from all sides and fold the tea towel over it and let it rest for another hour. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Then put the bread on a tray covered with baking paper, reduce the temperature to 230 degrees and bake the bread for approx. bake for 35 minutes. just before the bread is ready, mix the potato starch with 50 ml of water and boil it in a pot. After the baking time, spread the bread with the starch mixture. It works like an edible glue. After spreading, immediately sprinkle the flowers on the bread.

Add the ingredients in order, i.e. first the liquids, then the solids, to the bowl with the dough hook in place. Put two tablespoons of the flowers on the flour. At the end pluck the yeast into small pieces and spread them on top of the dry ingredients. program 4 / 750 g bread / medium browning / select time 3:02. Just before the bread is ready, mix the potato starch with 50 ml of water and boil it in a pot. After the baking time, turn the bread out of the pan and spread with the starch mixture. It works like an edible glue. After spreading, immediately sprinkle the flowers on the bread.
